Thank you for choosing Ethio Star Driving School to use one of our vehicles for a DC DMV or a third party road skill test.
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment time at 1421 Kenilworth ave NE, Washington DC 20019
- Make sure you make an appointment for your road test before you reserve for this service.
- Bring your valid learners permit.
- If you are under 21 years old, bring your 40 hours Certificate of Eligibility for Provisional License.
- Ethio Star Driving School will issue a full refund if a student cancels his/her car reservation 24 hours before an appointment time.
- 4% processing fee will be applied to process any refunds.
- If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, you must cancel or reschedule your appointment online at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. A $30 late cancellation fee will be charged to customers not complying with this policy.
- Once the instructor is on-site and if you do not show up, the car reservation (with any training hours) is considered as completed and you are not eligible to reschedule or get a refund.
- Your account is active for three years from the first date of payment.The school will not be responsible for any unused car reservation or refund after that.
